Return Policy

Most domestic items are eligible for returns/store credit, with the exception of final sale items and made-to-order pieces. The returns eligibility window is 20 days from the order fulfillment date. Customers can get a refund on the original payment

Return Labels

Returns must be sent using the label generated from the RMA and can only contain the items approved via an RMA. Misha & Puff is not responsible for items sent with a customer's personal shipping label.

Exchanges

Misha & Puff does not support exchanges at this time. We'll gladly issue a refund/store credit within our standard return policy, and you can place a new order on our site for the preferred item. Due to limited inventory, we can not guarantee that

Customers may initiate a return for items across different orders through our Returns Portal. When initiating a return, instead of entering an order number, you would enter your email address instead. This will pull up all of your orders. Please

Returns from an APO, FPO or DPO Address

APOs, DPOs, and FPOs are considered international shipments. We don't currently offer international returns but we are looking into offering these in the future. If you are interested in this please let us know here.

Made to Order Returns

All Pre-Orders are made to order especially for you! Made to Order purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.
