Orders Lost After Delivery

If your tracking shows that the carrier has delivered your package, but you have not received it, you should contact FedEx immediately as they may be able to assist in the recovery of your package.

Damaged Orders

If your package has been delivered and the contents or the packaging is damaged, we want to hear from you. Please send us a photo of the damage and we'll work with you to resolve this in the form of a refund or credit.
