Combining ReturnsUpdated a year ago

Customers may initiate a return for items across different orders through our Returns Portal. When initiating a return, instead of entering an order number, you would enter your email address instead. This will pull up all of your orders.

Please only send back the item(s) using the label that is associated with the approved RMA. Misha & Puff is not responsible for items sent that are not part of the approved return.
