 2. Check out with Partial.ly.

3. Pay half now and half a couple weeks before we ship your order.

A few important points:

Want to expedite checkout? Set up your Partial.ly account in advance of the launch. Go here to register your customer account.

Partial.ly requires customers to use a major credit card.

All Made to Order sales are final. Our artisans are hand making each item specifically for you. So no cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.

In rare instances, we might need to cancel and refund your order due to an unforeseen event or issue. If that happens, we will communicate with you.

Not interested in Partial.ly? We still offer our normal ways to pay.

Don't worry: You'll get an email reminder before the second payment to keep you in the know.

The first half of your payment will be due at checkout. The other half will be billed to your credit card a couple weeks before we ship the order to you.

Partial.ly does not work with gift cards or store credit. We can not retroactively apply these to Partial.ly orders.

Partial.ly FAQ

What is Partial.ly?

Partial.ly is SaaS (software as a service) that allows us to offer our customers a custom, flexible payment plan. For our Made to Order launches, we're working with Partial.ly to offer Misha & Puff customers the ability to pay half at checkout and half a couple weeks before we ship your order.

Why is Misha & Puff offering this partial payment option just for Made to Order (MTO) Collections?

Two reasons: Customers requested it, and it's the right thing to do. :) You shouldn't have to pay in full for something that hasn't been made yet (unless, of course, you want to!).

If I use Partial.ly to pay for items from a Made to Order Collection, will it affect my credit score?

Nope! Choosing to pay through Partial.ly will not affect your credit score. Partial.ly doesn't report to the credit bureaus.

Will I be charged interest on the second payment?

Nope! Enjoy 0% interest on your second payment.

What if I miss my second scheduled payment? Will I be charged a late fee?

No, there are no late fees if you miss your second scheduled payment.

Will I be able to cancel my Made to Order purchase and get a refund? Or can I make an exchange?

All Made to Order sales are final. Why? Simple. Because each item you order is being handmade specifically for you. So no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.

Do I need to set up a Partial.ly account prior to the MTO launch?

It's not required, but it's a good idea. Set it up now, and you'll expedite checkout on launch day. If you're a Misha & Puff "regular," you know how frenzied launch days can be! Go here to register your Partial.ly account.

On an MTO launch day, what do I need to do if I want to use Partial.ly?

Simply fill your cart with your Made to Order goodies and choose the option for Partial.ly at checkout. If you've already set up your Partial.ly account, you'll be prompted to sign in. From there, you'll complete the checkout. If you haven't set up your account yet, you'll need to do so before proceeding.

I already have a Partial.ly account. Do I need to do anything?

Nope! You’re good to go!

What payment options does Partial.ly accept?

Partial.ly requires customers to use a major credit card. If that doesn't work for you, keep in mind that we offer our regular ways to pay, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

What if my credit card changes between the first payment and the second?

Not to worry! Partial.ly makes it easy to update your payment info. Go here to learn more.
